Refund policy

We want every purchase to be right. If it is not, we will make it right.

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused.

Contact us via our form with your order number. We will provide a return address and instructions.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no cost. Please include a photo of the damage in your email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
